There is also an airboat ride available, that skims through the grasses and waters of the park so that the visitors can experience wild alligators, wading birds and the multiplicity of other plants and animals that are native to the area. In addition, visitors can enjoy the Swamp Water Café, a native restaurant offering both native and non-native fares. Try a bit of alligator tail, frog legs or a juicy hamburger.
