Answers phones, customer inquiries, and greets and directs visitors to appropriate parties and office locations. Will be responsible for composing and typing a variety of standard documents and correspondence. Distributes incoming and outgoing correspondence, organizes office space for meetings, relays and resolves routine telephone and/or walk-up inquiries, processes forms, orders supplies and maintains records. HS diploma or GED; must have some clerical experience in utilizing office equipment, following standard office procedures including typing (30-35 wpm), filing, archiving, ordering office supplies and maintaining interdepartmental communications. Knowledge of Microsoft Software programs including Excel. Excellent phone skills and organizational skills required.
